Hi, I'm Isa.

Originally from Aruba and now based in Rotterdam, I've built my work around a question I keep coming back to: how do we communicate what we bring to the table?

My background in international business and digital marketing, together with a master's in Consultancy & Entrepreneurship, shapes how I approach that question. I look at the person, their audience and the wider business context before deciding what to say.

Through Be Your Brand (BYB) Consulting, I work on personal branding, storytelling, LinkedIn positioning and market research. I also speak and host workshops, creating space for people to understand their experience and put it into words.

I'm also the Brand & Marketing Strategist of Bottega da Dome, a Rotterdam tiramisù business I run with my partner, Domenico. Building a product business keeps me close to the everyday decisions behind a brand, from communicating its story to developing collaborations.
